The Position: We are looking for a Recruiter II to coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. The position will oversee all related interview coordination and administration. The position will source candidates for salary positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with executive recruiter and hiring managers to prepare, schedule and communicate candidate interviews.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers to facilitate complex calendar/schedule negotiation.
  • Coordinate applicants through the employment process using AAIM Track tracking system.
  • Maintain the tracking system for applicant flow and employee selection and posting new jobs when necessary.
  • Meets and greets salary candidates during on-site interviews and escorts to/from interviews.
  • Facilitates video conference interviews as required.
  • Initiates medical, drug and background process and serve as a liaison between candidate and medical vendor for technical issues.
  • Comply with Federal Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) plans to include State and Federal employment laws.
  • Manage risk to the company by ensuring all internal and external compliance requirements are adhered to.
  • Conducts search activities to include sourcing passive candidates via internet searches, and sourcing active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and internal databases.
  • Attend networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings, etc.
  • Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, and communicate the Company's processes.
  • Schedule new hire orientations and prepare and supply orientation materials to new hire candidates.
  • Participate in orientations.
  • Conduct interviews, draft offer of employment with approval, and communicate rejections when necessary.
  • Enter new hires into Peoplesoft.
  • Provide back-up to HR Generalist for unemployment initial claims.
  • Assist with other areas of the HR Department as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree and one year related experience and/or training.
    • Two or more years' related experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • One year full-cycle recruitment experience required.
  • SHRM-CP certification preferred.
