Job summary: Provide Microsoft 365 technical support for internal and external users. Works directly with end users, other IT staff members, and third parties to resolve both technical and functional issues related to Microsoft 365.

Essential duties and responsibilities: Hands-on responsibility for all Microsoft 365 software and their related policies across our US organization. Provides top-tier technical support services for Microsoft 365 software including LMS365. Available to respond to incidents and outages 24x7x365. Manages incoming Helpdesk calls, prioritizes, and assigns responsibility to other support agents as necessary. Manages and supports Office 365 accounts. Responsible for activities related to Sarbanes-Oxley controls environment.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in a technical field. Advanced understanding of Microsoft 365 to include Azure, Microsoft Exchange Online, ATP, Intune/Endpoint, Sharepoint, Teams and Power Platform (including Power Automate and Power BI) Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment desired. Familiarity with LMS365 Administration desired. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Server Products, and Active Directory domains.

Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management and/or boards of directors.

Mathematical skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer skills: Minimum of two years' professional experience as a technician or administrator installing, managing, maintaining Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Two or more years professional experience installing, and supporting Microsoft 365 including User Accounts, Azure, PowerShell, Exchange Online, ATP, Intune/Endpoint, Sharepoint, LMS365 and Teams.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: CompTIA A+ desired, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate desired.

Other skills and abilities: Attention to detail and flexibility a must. Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities. Strong interpersonal, communication, multimedia, organizational, and analytical skills.

Other qualifications: Assertive and goal-oriented, self-starter with positive attitude. Interface effectively with other members of supervision and personnel from other plants and departments.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use fingers and hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
